What the seller publishes about delivery, and a straight answer about why we will not guess a date for you.

No parcel has ever left this address, because there is no warehouse here — only a website about a product. What follows is the seller’s published arrangement, set out so nothing at the checkout comes as a surprise.
What the seller publishes

That free-shipping line on the larger boxes is part of why the per-day figure drops so sharply between the smallest and the largest. It is worth folding in when you compare them, and we have done so on the price page.
Delivery times
We publish no estimate, and you should be suspicious of an affiliate site that does. We have never shipped one of these boxes, we cannot see the seller’s warehouse, and any number here would exist only to look helpful.
Their checkout shows their own estimate for your address at the time you order. That is the figure to trust.
Ordering from abroad
The free-delivery line is advertised against US addresses only. Whether the seller ships anywhere else, at what cost, and who pays any duty or import charge, is set out on their checkout for your country rather than here. If their checkout will not take your address, they do not ship to you, and there is nothing this site can do about that.
Following the parcel
A tracking reference is emailed out by the seller when the box is dispatched. None of it is visible to us. Where nothing has arrived, or the tracking has gone quiet, the support address on your confirmation email is the place to ask.
If it arrives damaged, late or wrong
- Photograph it before unpacking any further. A photo settles most of these quickly.
- Write to the seller’s support with your order number and the picture.
- Hold on to the outer packaging until it is settled; they often ask.
None of that should come to us. There is no order to look up on this end, no courier we can ring and no replacement we can authorise — writing here simply postpones the message that would have worked.
Once it arrives
Cool, dry, out of direct sun, cap closed. A six-bottle box left on a sunny windowsill through a hot month is a botanical extract being slowly cooked, and that is not a manufacturing fault.
